各境外培訓合作機構：

Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations:

第十八屆中國國際人才交流大會擬定于2020年7月-11月舉行網上大會。為進一步促進中外人才交流合作，推動境外培訓教育資源與境內培訓需求對接，大會組委會將在網上大會開設“國（境）外人才交流機構展示專區(qū)”，培訓合作機構可通過“虛擬展區(qū)”展示推介。現將有關事項通知如下：

The online conference of the 18th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as CIEP) is scheduled to be held from July to November 2020.In order to further advance exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign talents, and to promote the matching of overseas training resources with domestic demand, the organizing committee of CIEP will set up an "Exhibition Zone for Talent Exchange Institutions outside Chinese Mainland" at the online conference. Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations (hereinafter referred to as OTCO) can use the "Virtual Exhibition Hall" to display. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、 “虛擬展區(qū)”設置有關情況

I. "Virtual Exhibition Hall" Relevant Information

1.展示時間

擬定于2020年7月-11月。

It is planned to be online from July to November 2020.

開設網上大會“國（境）外人才交流機構展示專區(qū)”，邀請培訓合作機構在專區(qū)設立“虛擬展區(qū)”，提供參展相關資料素材。

OTCO are invited to provide materials and information to display at a stand of the "Virtual Exhibition Hall".

3. Exhibition Forms

借助AR/VR/3D等信息技術手段，為培訓合作機構搭建街景式網上虛擬展區(qū)，將以圖、文、音、像等多種媒體融合形式，全方位展示培訓合作機構精品課程建設、培訓資源，促進境外優(yōu)質培訓資源與境內培訓需求對接。

Cutting-edge information technologies like AR/VR/3D are adopted to create virtual exhibition halls with street view for OTCO. Images, texts, audio and video and other multi-media means are applied to comprehensively demonstrate the expertise courses construction and training resources of OTCO to promote the matching of overseas high-quality training resources with domestic training demands.

各培訓合作機構須對提供參展信息真實性、合規(guī)性負責，杜絕虛假信息、夸大宣傳。

Every OTCO shall be responsible for the authenticity of and have legal liability for the information provided for the exhibition. We prevent false information and exaggerated publicity.

1. Registration and Exhibition Related Matters

參展機構請于6月30日前聯(lián)系組委會報名并提交參展素材，逾期不再受理。參展機構可登陸大會官方網站（www.ciep.gov.cn）了解會場展位設置。

OTCO are requested to contact the organizing committee to register and provide exhibition materials before June 30. For detailed information of stands at the "Virtual Exhibition Hall", visit the official website of CIEP（www.ciep.gov.cn）.

請各培訓合作機構自愿報名。鑒于新冠肺炎國際疫情持續(xù)蔓延的影響，經商大會組委會，將對培訓合作機構網上參展免費。參展中存在相關問題，可聯(lián)系我司。

All OTCO are invited to voluntarily register. Given the impact of the continued spread of the COVID-19 international outbreak, after our consultation with the organizing committee of CIEP, all OTCO will be free of charge for setting up one stand at "Virtual Exhibition Hall" of the online conference. If you have any questions during the exhibition, please contact the Department of Overseas Intellectual Resources Cooperation.
